Lap 3: Walk

Lap 4: Walking Lunges

Lap 5: Frog Leaps

Lap 6: Lateral Squats (switch sides halfway)

Lap 7: Sprint

Lap 8: Walking Backwards Lunges

Lap 9: Jogging

Complete 2x for time!  How fast could you do it? 

Tomorrow you hit the bleachers.
